Usage:
• You can be creative and edit/alter the media as you like.
• You will keep the copyright on the file, any removal will be considered theft.
• Files cannot be returned. All sales are final due to the nature of this product.
• You may not resell these graphics for profit or claim them as your own. This file is for your use only. You may not re-sell or re-distribute any of these files as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with these graphics either on their own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify them. You can’t redistribute or make available these graphics as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the redistribution is for free. Anyone caught redistributing files for profit will be in breach of this license agreement.
• You can’t use these graphics in on-demand services: You can’t use an Item in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand,” “made to order,” or “build it yourself” application.
• You can’t use these graphics for merchandising: You may not use these graphics in an end product where these graphics serve as its core component. For example, you cannot print these graphics out as a poster and sell copies of that poster, as the primary value of the poster is from the image itself. However, End Products where skill and effort have been applied to incorporate these graphics into a larger design (such as with text and other graphics/images) are not considered merchandising and are allowed. Can I use this graphic/pattern my company’s logo?
Yes, as long as the pattern is 1) modified and (2) not the dominant element of the logo. However, you must disclaim the asset if registering for Trademark protection, and you may not enforce any rights on the asset itself.
Can I use this graphic/pattern in my product’s label or packaging?
Only if your end product’s design is significantly different than the original pattern; require time, effort, and skill to produce, and not derive its primary value from the graphic/pattern itself.
